DR ANDREW McLEAN<\/strong><\/p>\n

PhD (Equine cognition and learning), BSc (Zoology), Dip Ed Winner of the highest Australian Science award, the Eureka Prize for Science, Andrew McLean developed and manages the Australian Equine Behaviour Centre, the most internationally recognised horse training and behaviour modification centre in Australia. Andrew McLean holds a PhD in equine cognition and learning, has been an accredited horse riding coach for over 25 years and has written top-selling books and numerous peer reviewed journal articles. A past winner of the Gawler CCI***, he has also represented Australia in Horse Trials, competed at state and national events in FEI level dressage and eventing and has also showjumped to Grand Prix level. In great demand as a trainer, coach and speaker, Dr McLean currently conducts lecture demonstrations at universities and conferences around the world. He teaches throughout Australia, Europe, South Africa, USA, Canada and New Zealand. Andrew continues to coach riders and National Federations on the optimal use of learning theory for improved welfare of the trained horse as well as improved performance\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 http:\/\/www.aebc.com.au\/<\/a><\/p>\n

COOPER OBORN<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

Cooper began his riding career at the age of 4 riding his pony Pixie. He graduated from Pony Club to the Show ring where his\u00a0talent was recognised\u00a0as he won \u00a0many Championships\u00a0 at Melbourne and Adelaide Royal Shows.<\/p>\n

He had always wanted to turn his hand to Eventing and this dream was realised with his Show ponies, but at the higher levels when he was fortunate to be given Cammy O\u2019Rourke\u2019s 2* eventer , Splurge. Together they completed AIHT 3 times and were selected on the National Young Rider Squad in 2010 and again in 2011 on Ryan Fletchers little grey horse Kirkby Park Irish Joker, who he has had numerous successes on.<\/p>\n

In 2012 he\u00a0developed an association with Bellhaven Horse Stud and currently rides two of their sensational performance horses.<\/p>\n

Cooper has developed as a professional rider and trainer and is one of South Australia highly sort up competition \u00a0eventers, dressage riders and trainer of horses at all levels.<\/p>\n

WOW saddles SA have\u00a0 a proud association with Cooper, who rides in WOW dressage and jump saddles.<\/p>\n

JONO FARRINGTON<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

Jono is an experienced horseman having ridden since he was six years old. He developed initial skills during Pony Club days, and represented region, state and country in Pony Club competitions,<\/p>\n

Jono\u2019s choosen discipline is showjumping, and he and partner Carly have a team of up to 6 horses at any one time, including novice horses all the way to Grand Prix Level. Jono trains and competes horses for APH Stud in NSW, and Bellhaven Stud in QLD. He has competed and placed at World Cup level. In 2006 he travelled to Europe and spent the best part of a year training with World Champion Jos Lansink in Belgium, and later in South Africa with international showjumper Dominey Alexander. Jono teaches daily at Vienna Woods in Hahndorf South Australia, and conducts clinics on a regular basis.
